CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

CHANGES TO THE ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020

Reference is made to the annual results announcement for the year ended 31 December

2020 (the "Annual Results Announcement") of Jilin Province Chuncheng Heating Company Limited* (吉林省春城熱力股份有限公司) (the " Company") and its

subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") dated 26 March 2021.

Shareholders of the Company are advised to read this announcement in conjunction with the Annual Results Announcement.

This announcement is made for the purpose of making changes to the financial data contained in the Annual Results Announcement in relation to the combined income statement of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2020.

Unless otherwise stated, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Annual Results Announcement.

The Board would like to clarify that an adjustment has been made by the Company in relation to the Annual Results Announcement. The credit impairment loss of approximately RMB6,065,000 was inadvertently recorded as impairment loss on assets. As such, the Company has made appropriate accounting treatment to reclassify a sum of approximately RMB6,065,000 which was originally recorded as impairment loss on assets to credit impairment loss (the "Adjustment"). The impairment loss on assets was reduced by approximately RMB6,065,000 and correspondingly the credit impairment loss in the combined income statement was increased by the same amount. Therefore, the Adjustment does not have any impact on the net profit in the combined income statement. In addition, the Adjustment has no impact on other items in the combined income statement, the combined statement of financial position, the combined statement of cash flows and the combined statement of changes in equity in relation to the financial year ended 31 December 2020.

In view of the above, the Board considers that the Adjustment has no adverse impact on the Company's combined financial statements and the notes to the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020. The changes made to the Annual Results Announcement as a result of the Adjustment are set out below:

Save for the above, the contents of the Annual Results Announcement remain unchanged. The Company's auditor, Da Hua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) has also reviewed and agreed to the Adjustment. The Adjustment will also be reflected in the Company's 2020 annual report to be published in due course.
