Jensen-Group NV (ENXTBR:JEN) agreed to acquire 30% stake in Inwatec ApS on December 19, 2017. JENSEN has the option to increase its share-holding from 2020-2023. Henrik Møgelmose of Kromann Reumert acted as the legal advisor to Jensen-Group in the transaction.
