Itcen Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A124500) agreed to acquire 67.25% stake in Korea Jewery 3M Gold Co., Ltd from Anmo Kim, Yoonmo Kim, Hyunmo Kim and Sooja Oh for KRW 76 billion on August 10, 2018. A total of 0.007 million shares will be acquired as part of the deal. Consideration will be paid in cash.
Korea Jewery 3M Gold reported net assets of KRW 51.6 billion, total assets of KRW 76.88 billion, sales of KRW 1.5 trillion and net profit of KRW 12.19 billion as of December 31, 2017. Board of Itcen Co., Ltd resolved in favor of the deal on the same date. Deal is expected to close by August 29, 2018.
