Antevenio, S.A. (ENXTPA:ALANT) acquired 70% stake in Foreseen Media S.L. from Vicente Horcajada, Álvaro Luzón and Adrián Montalbo on March 4, 2019. Pursuant to the transaction, Vicente Horcajada, Álvaro Luzón and Adrián Montalbo will retain the remaining 30% stake in Foreseen Media. Upon completion of the transaction, Antevenio will combine the e-sports and gaming expertise of Foreseen Media’s teams and Antevenio’s advertising, content marketing and email marketing automation capabilities and will create a new offering named as Antevenio Shakers which will be launched in Spain in March. The transaction is equity-financed. The acquisition has a marginal impact on cash. Ramon Y Cajal Abogados S L P. acted as the legal advisor to Antevenio.
