iPeople, inc. approved Cash Dividend of PHP 0.16 per common share, or a total amount of PHP 167,082,218.00 from the Company's unrestricted retained earnings as of December 31, 2021, to all stockholders of record as of April 29, 2022. Payment date is on or before May 20, 2022.
iPeople, inc. is a holding and management company. The Companyâs main operating subsidiaries are the Malayan Education System, Inc. (Mapua University), National Teachers College (NTC), University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) and Affordable Private Education Center, Inc. (APEC).
