Kim, Yoonse, Woo, Sungsook and Hyun, Wansoon acquired an additional 1.1% stake in INSANGA Inc. from Yoo, Seoyoung for approximately KRW 180 million on October 14, 2016. Under the terms of the transaction, Yoo, Seoyoung sold 0.05 million shares and Kim, Yoonse, Woo, Sungsook and Hyun, Wansoon acquired 0.02 million shares, 0.01 million shares and 0.02 million shares respectively for KRW 3517 per share. Post-closing, Kim, Yoonse, Woo, Sungsook and Hyun, Wansoon will hold 1.4 million shares, 0.1 million shares and 0.02 million shares.
Kim, Yoonse, Woo, Sungsook and Hyun, Wansoon completed the acquisition of an additional 1.1% stake in INSANGA Inc. from Yoo, Seoyoung on October 14, 2016.
