Inmobiliaria del Sur, S.A. (BME:ISUR) announced a private placement of 490,036 treasury shares at a price of €9.95 per share for gross proceeds of €4,875,858.20 on June 20, 2017. The transaction involved participation from a small group of institutional investors. The investors acquired a 2.89% stake in the company.
Inmobiliaria del Sur SA (Insur) is a Spain-based company engaged in the real estate sector. The Company is primarily involved in the construction, acquisition, management, promotion, rental and sale of residential and non-residential properties, which are located in Cordoba, Malaga, Cadiz, Madrid, Huelva, and Seville, among others. Its main activities are divided into three areas: Housing, Offices & Commercials and Parking.
