Infinite Reality, Inc. acquired High Stakes LLC from Angi, Dotdash Meredith Inc., IAC Inc. (NasdaqGS:IAC), Sterling.VC, FBG Capital and others for transaction value of $8 million on April 16, 2024. The all-stock transaction values Infinite Reality at $3 billion and Stakes at $8 million and further strengthens iR's position as a premier provider of innovative digital experiences and immersive sports offerings.
Infinite Reality, Inc. completed the acquisition of High Stakes LLC from Angi, Dotdash Meredith Inc., IAC Inc. (NasdaqGS:IAC), Sterling.VC, FBG Capital and others on April 16, 2024.
IAC Inc. is engaged in building companies. The Company's segments include Dotdash Meredith, Angi Inc., Search, and Emerging & Other. Its Dotdash Meredith segment consists of its digital and print businesses. Through these digital businesses, it provides original and engaging digital content in a variety of formats, including articles, illustrations, videos, and images.
