Koppers Chocolate, Llc entered into a binding agreement to acquire Bayn Production Ab from Humble Group AB (publ) (OM:HUMBLE) for SEK 7.7 million on December 19, 2023. The total purchase price is SEK 7.7 million, of which SEK 6 million will be paid on the acquisition of shares and SEK 1.7 million is an earn out based on the Company's operating profit. Bayn Production has reported net sales of approximately SEK 35.1 million and EBITDA of approximately SEK -11.3 million at end of November 2023.
