Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad is a Malaysia-based diversified financial company, which is engaged in the investment holding and provision of services. The principal activities of the subsidiaries consist of commercial banking business, family takaful business, investment banking, futures and stock broking and asset management business. The Company operates through four segments: Commercial banking, Investment banking and asset management, Insurance and Other operations. The Commercial banking segment is involved in the commercial banking business. The Investment banking and asset management segment is involved in the investment banking, futures and stock broking, fund, and unit trust management. The Insurance segment is involved in the life and general insurance and family takaful business. The Other operations segment is involved in the investment holding and provision of management services. Its subsidiaries are Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad and Hong Leong MSIG Takaful Berhad.
