Swiss Prime Anlagestiftung agreed to acquire Lorzenpark residential and commercial property in Cham from HIAG Immobilien Holding AG (SWX:HIAG) on April 19, 2023. The annualized rental income of the property amounted to CHF 3.3 million as at December 31, 2022. HIAG intends to use the proceeds primarily to finance development projects.

The property is set to be sold on May 1, 2023 as part of the capital recycling strategy of HIAG.
