Li Xiaoqing signed share transfer agreement to acquire additional 5.47% minority stake in Hexing Electrical Co.,Ltd (SHSE : 603556) from Lishui Haiju Equity Investment Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 290 million on January 28, 2022. Li Xiaoqing will pay CNY 10.94 per share for 26,720,603 additional shares of Hexing Electrical Co. Hexing Electrical Co. is held 3.32% by Li Xiaoqing and 13.30% by Lishui Haiju Equity Investment and upon completion, Li Xiaoqing's stake will increase to 8.79% and Lishui Haiju Equity Investment's stake will decrease to 7.83% stake.
