Herige has announced sales of 792.9 ME for fiscal year 2022, up 8.3% on the previous year on a comparable basis.

In Q4, sales rose by 9.1% on a like-for-like basis, to 206.3 ME.

In view of the level of activity achieved over the whole of 2022, combined with the Group's discipline in protecting its margins, Herige anticipates 'a solid operating performance' for the year ending December 31, 2022.

The Group is approaching 2023 with caution in an uncertain geopolitical and macroeconomic environment, marked by rising interest rates and persistent high inflation, as well as a slowdown in the new-build market.

The Group remains focused on its value-creating development axes: integration and ramp-up of recent acquisitions, consolidation of its performance, deployment of its energy-efficiency offerings and acceleration of CSR actions.
