Hayleys Fabric PLC is a weft knit fabric manufacturer in Sri Lanka. The principal activities of the Company are manufacturing, and sale of knitted fabric for the export and local market. It offers its customers with end-to-end solutions from design to manufacturing of pure and blended polyester and cotton fabric. Its manufacturing facility include knitting, dyeing, printing, brushing, sueding and finishing. Its product range includes single jersey, interlock, pique, rib, fleece and polar fleece, jacquard, and flat knits, which are composed using pure and blend of cotton, polyester, viscose, modal yarns, in both solid colors and in printed form. It also provides a range of value additions to fabric, such as printing, brushing, sueding, tumbling, combing, bio-polish (enzyme), limit stretch ability, moisture management, and antibacterial finishing. The Company's fabric mill owns a brand, inno. The Company also holds flat knit knitting section which is used to produce bands and collars.
