Hartshead Resources NL announced the appointment of Anne-Michèle Vignaroli to the key role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Anne-Michèle brings over 20 years' industry experience with a range of operating companies, including BG Group and PERENCO, the majority of which has been in the UK North Sea with a focus on the Southern Gas Basin, and will play a critical role in Hartshead as the Company progresses its Phase I development of the Anning & Somerville gas fields through to Final Investment Decision (FID) later in 2023. As a highly experienced Asset Manager and Reservoir Engineer Anne-Michèle has a proven track record of delivering major North Sea projects, such as the Clipper South redevelopment in the UK Southern Gas Basin, including the re-routing of gas export through Shell infrastructure to Bacton.

Given the analogous nature of the Clipper South development to Hartshead's Phase I Anning and Somerville field development Anne-Michèle's experience will be invaluable as the project moves through FID and into the execution stage. The majority of Anne-Michèle's career has been spent with PERENCO as Chief Reservoir Engineer where she was responsible for all UK asset reservoir engineering matters and as Geoscience Co- ordinator for the MENA region (Middle East North Africa) where she gained technical management experience for assets located in Egypt, Turkey and Tunisia. Anne-Michèle has also worked for other UK North Sea Operators, including ChevronTexaco, BG Group and most recently INEOS where she was the Asset Manager for several oil and gas fields, including the Clipper South Gas field and had responsibility for all operational, project management, technical, commercial & legal and asset performance metrics.

Anne-Michèle holds an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, London (United Kingdom), an MSc in Applied Mathematics and Simulation from the Institut des Sciences de L'Ingénieur de Toulon et du Var (ISITV, Toulon, France) and an MSc in Mathematics from the University of Toulon (France).
