Hankyu Hanshin REIT, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the period ending May 31, 2023 and for the period ending November 30, 2023. For the period ending May 31, 2023, the company expects operating revenue of JPY 5,779 million, operating income of JPY 2,374 million, and net income of JPY 2,036 million or distribution per unit of JPY 2,930.
For the period ending November 30, 2023, the company expects operating revenue of JPY 5,894 million, operating income of JPY 2,355 million, and net income of JPY 2,016 million or distribution per unit of JPY 2,900.
