Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. (NYSE:GNTY) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,250,000 shares of the company's outstanding common stock. The program will be valid until the earlier of April 21, 2026 or the date all shares authorized for repurchase under the program have been repurchased, unless shortened or extended by the board of directors.
