The Company's main activities comprise the investments in real estate properties, stakes in other companies, fixed income bonds and property rights, among others. It is also involved in the commercial banking sector, the development of real estate projects and the provision of a variety of insurance carriers. The Company owns such subsidiaries as Iversora Anagrama Inveranagrama SAS, Inversora Bolivar SAS, Riesgo e Inversiones Bolivar SAS, Construccion y Desarollo Bolivar SAS, CB Bolivar Inmobiliaria SA, CB Hoteles y Resorts SA, Banco Davivienda SA, Leasing Bolivar SA Compania de Financiamiento, Confinanciera SA Compania de Financiamiento, Davivalores SA and Seguridad Compania Administradora de Fondos de Inversion SA, among others. In addition, Asistencia EPIC is the Company’s majority shareholder.
