Shandong Energy Group New Material Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Alxa League Dream Car Culture Tourism Development Co., Ltd. from Goody Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002694), Shanxi Gudi Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., Yueye Yizu Sports Event (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Feike General Aviation Co., Ltd. for CNY 4 on April 19, 2023. For the period ended December 31, 2022, Alxa League Dream had CNY 708.954 million of total assets, CNY -11,962.35 million of Operating Profit and CNY -119.6235 million of Net Profit. Transaction is approved by Goody Science and Technology's Board of directors and still need approval from shareholders.
GOODY SCIENCE&TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sale of plastic pipes. The Company's main products include polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes, polyethylene (PE) pipes and polypropylene (PP) pipes. The Company's products are mainly used in the areas of municipal and building drainage, agricultural (drinking water and irrigation), municipal sewage, telecommunications power jacketing, gas transmission, radiant heating and industrial fluid transport. The Company distributes its products in domestic market, with Central China as its main market.
