Goodcen Co., Ltd. (XKON:A243870) agreed to acquire 38.75% stake in Micropolis Co., Ltd. from Myungjun Kim for KRW 3.1 billion on May 15, 2019. Goodcen Co., Ltd. will acquire 77,500 shares at KRW 40,000 each. The consideration will be paid in cash on May 17, 2019. As of December 31, 2018, Micropolis Co., Ltd. reported total assets of 3.9 billion and net liability of KRW 1.1 billion. For the year ended December 31, 2018, Micropolis Co., Ltd. reported sales of KRW 2.9 billion and net profit of KRW 12 million. The Board of Directors of Goodcen Co., Ltd. resolved the transaction on May 15, 2019. The transaction is expected to complete on May 17, 2019. Jeong Myung Accounting Corp. acted as the External Rating Institution.
