Minsmere Pty Ltd entered into an unconditional agreement to acquire Melbourne Office Building at 8-10 Cato Street, Hawthorn East from Garda Property Group (ASX:GDF) for AUD 24.1 million on November 22, 2023. Garda Property Group will use sale proceeds to repay drawn variable debt facilities. The transaction is expected to complete on December 22, 2023.
