(Reuters) - British apparel and sportswear retailer Frasers Group said on Monday it has reached a deal with the administrators of the collapsed online clothing platform MATCHES to acquire certain intellectual property (IP) assets.

Frasers put MATCHES into administration last month, after buying it last year for about 52 million pounds ($65.33 million).
