Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, S.A. announced a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 32,027,600 shares, representing 7% of its share capital. The shares will be repurchased at ?12.50 per share.
The purpose of the program is to reduce share capital of the company. The program will be valid till November 30, 2023. The program is subject to approval by the Shareholders and Spanish Securities Market Commission.
