Suning Universal Media Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 11.36% stake in FNC Entertainment Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A173940) from Han Seong Ho, Han Seunghoon and Kim Sooil for KRW 21.8 billion on November 24, 2015. Suning Universal will acquire 1.4 million shares at an offer per share of KRW 15,200. Simultaneously, Suning Universal will subscribe 1.7 million new shares of FNC Entertainment at price of KRW 19,543 per share.
