First International Bank of Israel (FIBI) has announced that it has appointed Eli Cohen as the bank's new chief executive. Cohen is to take over the role from Smadar Barber-Tsadik, who had announced her plan to retire in May. She had been with the bank for 20 years, out of which she served as CEO for 16 years.
