It has three segments: Title, F&G, and Corporate and Other. Title segment consists of the operations of its title insurance underwriters and related businesses, which provide title insurance and escrow and other title-related services, including trust activities, trustee sales guarantees, and home warranty products. This segment also includes its transaction services business, which includes other title-related services used in the production and management of mortgage loans, including mortgage loans that experience default. F&G segment primarily consists of operations of its annuities and life insurance related businesses. This segment issues a portfolio of annuity and life insurance products through its retail distribution channels. Corporate and Other segment consists of the operations of the parent holding company.
