Fidelity Bank Plc (NGSE:FIDELITYBK) entered into binding term agreement to acquire Union Bank UK plc on August 30, 2022. Central Bank of Nigeria has issued a letter of No Objection letter for the deal. The transaction is still subject to the approval of the Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA) of the United Kingdom.
