Fibra Mty, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 375.1 million compared to MXN 330.49 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 302.96 million compared to MXN 374.46 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.29 compared to MXN 0.39 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.29 compared to MXN 0.38 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was MXN 1,124.23 million compared to MXN 1,030.68 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 1,174.75 million compared to MXN 974.78 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 1.19 compared to MXN 1.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 1.18 compared to MXN 1 a year ago.
Fibra Mty SAPI de CV is a Mexico-based company engaged in the operation of commercial real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company specializes in acquiring, managing and developing nonresidential properties, primarily located in Monterrey, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Apodaca, and Ciudad Juarez, among others. Its activities are divided into two segments: Office and Industrial. The Office division is responsible for renting real estate used for business purposes. The Industrial segment offers operating space in industrial facilities. Furthermore, it develops commercial areas, such as restaurants, cafes and retail stores. The Company is a parent of Administrador Fibra Mty SC, which manages the REIT.
