Result of Annual General Meeting

All of the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of FBD Holdings plc held on 11 May 2023 were duly passed by the requisite majorities on a show of hands at the meeting.

The number of shares with voting rights in issue on 11 May 2023 was 40,729,259 (excluding 164,005 Treasury Shares in issue). Details of the numbers of shares in respect of which valid proxy appointments had been made in advance of the meeting are set out below.
