Evergreen Logistics Corp. announced that it expects to receive TWD 254.32 million in funding from Evergreen International Storage & Transport Corporation

Evergreen Logistics Corp announced a private placement of 25,432,000 common shares at an issue price of TWD 10 per share for gross proceeds of TWD 254,320,000 on August 24, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Evergreen International Storage & Transport Corporation.
