EV Resources Limited (ASX:EVR) signed a letter of intent to acquire 70% stake in Parag Copper-Molybdenum Project from Geoandina Exploraciones SAC for $0.22 million on May 4, 2023. At the conclusion of due diligence and confirmation EVR intends to proceed, the parties will enter into a Definitive Agreement. The Definitive Agreement will be subject to any regulatory and corporate approvals.
