Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 21 shares, using the closing price of its common shares in Tokyo Stock Exchange on the date of the purchase (October 28, 2016), for ¥0.06 million in total. The company is repurchasing its shares following a reverse share-split (consolidation of 10 shares to 1 share), based on the resolution of the 50th Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders last June 29, 2016.
