Enersense International Oyj announced following members have been appointed to Enersense International Plc's Shareholders' Nomination Board: Alexander Ehrnrooth, Nidoco AB, Risto Takkala, MBÅ Invest Oy, Janne Vertanen, Verman Group. The now appointed Nomination Board will forward its proposals for the 2023 Annual General Meeting to the Board of Directors by 31 January 2023.

Enersense International Oyj is a Finland-based creator of zero emission energy solutions operating within industry, construction, energy and telecommunications. The Companyâs activities are divided into five business areas: Smart Industry; Power; Connectivity; Staff Leasing; and International Operations. Smart Industry develops digital solutions for improving productivity and is responsible for maintenance and operation of customersâ production plants. Power includes the design, construction and maintenance of transmission grids, electric substations, and wind farms. Connectivity is engaged in designing, building, and maintaining fixed and wireless data networks. Staff Leasing helps customers by providing solutions for domestic staffing requirements in industry and construction. International Operation comprises abovementioned services abroad.
