Sales from Elior's continuing operations amounted to 5,223 million euros for the full 2022-2023 fiscal year, compared with 4,451 million euros the previous year. This represents an increase of +17.3%, with organic growth of +11.2% (target: growth of at least +10%). On a comparable basis, sales rose by +9.6%.

Consolidated adjusted EBITA from continuing operations was a profit of 59 million euros, compared with a loss of -48 million euros in the previous year, representing a turnaround of 107 million euros.

Operating income recurring from continuing operations for the 2022-2023 financial year came to 33 million euros, compared with a loss of -69 million euros a year earlier. Net income, Group share, came to a loss of -93 million euros, compared with a loss of -427 million euros in the 2021-2022 financial year.

The Group has now set itself the target of generating 44 million euros in full-year cost synergies by 2026. In total, including the unchanged objective of commercial synergies, the Group's new target is therefore to achieve 56 million euros in annual recurring synergies by 2026, i.e. almost double the initial objective.
