DCI Advisors Ltd - investor and developer in the residential resort sector - Enters into a further agreement for EUR350,000 with an unnamed shareholder in order to provide additional working capital for the company. When combined with the previously announced shareholder loans, the loans are expected to total EUR3.0 million.
