Datalex plc announced an update on Virgin Australia's Next Generation Retail Project. During the course of the program, Virgin Australia's priorities with respect to its Next Generation Retail program have changed leading to the decision to end its program with Datalex and other impacted vendors. The decision was made following a thorough internal review of the program.

While this is a great disappointment to both Datalex and the Virgin Australia teams who have worked on this project for over 18 months, the parties have reached a mutual agreement on the terms of the cancellation. Datalex recognises that in the rapidly evolving world of airline recovery and growth, combined with digital change and investment, customers will change pace and direction from time to time.
