Consumers Bancorp Inc. Announces Executive Changes

Consumers Bancorp Inc. announced the appointment of Phillip Suarez as executive vice president and senior loan officer. He will oversee the commercial lenders and business development officers. He has been with the company for the past 12 years, and was most recently executive vice president and chief credit officer. Randall Gilroy was appointed senior vice president and chief credit officer. Gilroy will oversee the credit department, loan administration and loan operations. Gilroy most recently served as vice president and agriculture business development officer. Larry Marcus has been given a new role of senior vice president of Stark County, Ohio, commercial lending. He was previously senior vice president and senior loan officer. Marcus will manage the Stark County-based commercial lenders from the company's new Jackson-Belden location.
