EXTRAORDINARY INFORMATION

on the extended guarantee service provided to Magyar Telekom Plc.

CIG PANNONIA LIFE INSURANCE PLC. (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves

Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred to as Company) that CIG Pannónia Első Magyar Általános Biztosító Zrt. (EMABIT), which it owns 100%, and Magyar Telekom Plc. (registered office: 1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán krt. 36. company registration nr: 01-10-041928) (Telekom) (collectively the "Contracting Parties") have concluded a group extended guarantee insurance contract with each other today, i.e. on 21 December 2023, due to the acceptance of the tender submitted by Telekom and in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The Agreement has been entered into for a fixed term of 36 months, it being understood that unless otherwise stated by either of the Contracting Parties, until 180 (One Hundred and Eighty) days prior to the end of the fixed term, the Agreement shall become indefinite in duration after the expiry of the fixed term.

The agreement also includes a supplementary insurance brokerage agreement concluded by the Contracting Parties, under which Telekom acts as an insurance broker for the benefit and in the interest of EMABIT in the context of the sale of the group extended guarantee insurance contract.
