The board of directors of China Shuifa Singyes Energy Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Zheng Qingtao has tendered his resignation as the chairman of the Board (the "Chairman"), an executive Director, a member of the remuneration committee of the Company and the chairman of the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 26 April 2023 due to his personal reason.
