Recently, the "research and application of key technologies for the unmanned transport operation system at Haerwusu open-pit coal mine" project, submitted by Zhungeer Energy Group, was named a 2022 benchmark case for the coal industry, according to the Notice on the Release of the 2022 Benchmark Coal Mines, Cases and Models for the Coal Industry (ZMXHY[2022] No. 27) issued by China National Coal Association (CNCA).

The unmanned transport operation system at Haerwusu open-pit coal mine aims to achieve safe, efficient operation. The key system concerning unmanned transport operation in open-pit mines developed by Zhungeer Energy consists of an intelligent mining cloud data platform, an unmanned transport intelligent management system, a mining truck automated driving system, a data communication system based on 4G/5G wireless networks, a coordinated operation management system, a remote emergency control system, and a health management system. The project is expected to scale a new height in technological innovation in the mining industry, which has great significance for strengthening China's mining industry and achieving the integration of information technology and industrialization.

Focusing on new goals, tasks and requirements and based on actual needs, Zhungeer Energy will learn from advanced practices and experiences of other CNCA members, and leverage the coal industry benchmark management platform to enhance learning from benchmarks in a targeted and efficient way. Moreover, it will transform what it has learned into concrete measures for high-quality development, thus moving towards the goal of building a world-class energy enterprise.
