PT Bayan Resources Tbk. is an Indonesia-based holding company. The Company is engaged in trading and service activities, particularly coal trading both domestically and internationally. The Company is a producer of environmentally friendly, low-sulfur subbituminous and bituminous coal. The Company integrates coal mining, processing and logistic operations through its subsidiaries. The Company’s segments include Coal and Non-coal. It is engaged in open cut mining of four main projects located in East and South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The Company produces coal ranging from high calorific value bituminous coal to sub-bituminous low-sulfur, low-ash coal. Its Teguh Sinar Abadi (TSA)/Firman Ketaun Perkasa (FKP) mine consists of two adjacent Coal Contracts of Works (CCOWs) located in the Kutai Barat Regency, East Kalimantan. Its barge loading facility has crushing capacity of 1,000 tons per hour, overall stockpile capacity of 400,000 tons and barge loading capacity of 2,000 tons per hour.
