- design, integration and customization of complex computer infrastructures: consolidation of servers and data storage systems, infrastructure virtualization in Microsoft, Unix, and Linux environments, development of applications for automating work station deployment, integration of network equipment and information system security solutions;

- technical modernization of systems and applications: migration of systems and applications to Unix and Windows, of e-mail systems to Exchange, of work stations and their applications to Vista, integration of web services, etc.;

- information management services: hosting and administration of information systems, remote piloting services, and telephone assistance.
