Chengdu Cultural Property Exchange Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into capital increase and share expansion agreement to receive CNY 90,495,900 in an equity round on June 3, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Chengdu B-ray Media Co.,Ltd. and China Digital Library Co., Ltd for CNY 45,247,950 representing 45% stake each. The company will issue capital at a price of RMB 1.00551 for each additional registered capital. Out of the total proceeds, CNY 90,000,000 will go towards registered capital and CNY 495,900 will go towards registered capital.
Chengdu B-ray Media Co.,Ltd. is mainly engaged in traditional media business, outdoor advertising business, new media business and financial business. Traditional media business includes printing, issuing and delivery, newspaper advertising and related business. Outdoor advertising business includes various types of outdoor advertising, such as city surrounding highway advertising, square advertising and bus stop advertising boards, as well as agent advertising business. New media business includes the development and operation of online games. Financial business includes small loan and guarantee financing services. The Company also involves in the provision of education, property rental and management and other services through its subsidiaries.
