Central Iron Ore Limited (CIO) is an exploration and development company engaged in the search for gold in Australia. The Company is mainly focused on exploration in the Darlot Region of Western Australia, within approximately 10 kilometers from the Red 5 Darlot Mine. The Company’s two main projects include Red 5 Joint Venture, British King Gold Mine and South Darlot Gold Project. The project’s 20 holes drill program, which included approximately 17 reverse circulation for 706 meters and 3 diamond core holes for 141 meters include a suite of narrow vein, high gold grades of up to approximately 124.4 grams per ton. The British King Gold Mine is approximately 5 kilometers south west from the Darlot Mine. The South Darlot Gold Project area is approximately 320 kilometers North West of Kalgoorlie and includes the British King mine. The British King mine is 5 kilometers west of Barick’s Darlot Mine.
