- Amendments to the Statutes of the company
- Financial result allocation decision:
Allocation of the 2022 profit of BGN 38,142,052.70 to the Reserve Fund
- Determination of the remuneration to the members of the managing bodies
- Determination of the guarantee for the management to the members of the managing bodies
- Adoption of the 2022 report of the Internal Audit Department
- Determination of the remuneration to the Head of the Internal Audit Department
