Center Laboratories, Inc. announced that Mao, An-Ni - Manager of the Finance and Accounting Department of Center Laboratories, Inc., as financial and accounting officer; and Tang, Ching-Yuh /Manager of the Post-Investment Management Department of Center Laboratories, Inc. as corporate governance officer and acting spokesperson, effective December 8, 2022.
since Mrs. Wang, Su-Chi was elected as the company's new Chairperson by the extraordinary board of directors' meeting on November 30, 2022; she resigned from the positions of the company's financial and accounting officer, corporate governance officer, and acting spokesperson, effective November 30, 2022.
