CAREER CO., LTD. (TSE:6198) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 464,600 shares, representing 5.39% of the outstanding shares, at ¥1,076 per share for ¥500 million. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder returns by enhancing capital efficiency and to implement a flexible capital policy strategy in response to changes in the business environment. As of October 31, 2018, the company had 8,621,920 shares outstanding and 88,200 shares in treasury.

The senior work business provides temporary staffing, recruitment and business contract of senior human resources for building maintenance, bed-making, office work, logistics, qualified personnel and other fields.
