Bubang Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A014470) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,758,620 shares of its common stock. The purpose of the program is to stabilize the stock prices and enhance the shareholders’ value. The program will end on June 19, 2020. As of March 18, 2020, the company had 6,481,452 shares in treasury within the scope available for dividend and no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
