BSE Limited Approves Final Dividend for the Financial Year Ended March 31, 2019; Approves the Retirement of Rajeshree Sabnavis as Shareholder Director

BSE Limited at the AGM held on July 15, 2019, approved final dividend of INR 25 per equity share and to confirm the interim dividend of INR 5 per equity share, already paid during the year, for the financial year ended March 31, 2019.

The company also approved the retirement of Smt. Rajeshree Sabnavis as Shareholder Director.
