Britvic plc Board declared a final dividend of 22.6 pence per share, with a total value of £57.4 million, resulting in a full year dividend of 30.8 pence (£78.4 million). This is in line with our stated 50% pay-out ratio. The final dividend for 2023 will be paid on 7 February 2024 to shareholders on record as of 22 December 2023.
The ex-dividend date is 21 December 2023.
